Not every corporate portrait happens in a studio. For teams who want their portraits to reflect where they actually work, on-site group photography is often the better fit — and it comes with its own set of challenges: mixed lighting, limited space, and a room full of people who’d rather be back at their desks.

The approach for this recent series was the same one behind all of Azfian’s corporate work: a documentary-led eye combined with a controlled, professional finish. Portable lighting was set up to match the room rather than override it, so the final images still feel like the company’s own space rather than a studio backdrop dropped into a hallway.
The result is a set of portraits a business can use consistently — on the website, on LinkedIn, in a leadership deck — without looking like they were shot in three different places by three different people.
