Corporate events move fast, and coverage needs to keep up without getting in the way. Here are the questions Azfian gets asked most often when a company is booking event photography for the first time.

It depends on the programme — a two-hour cocktail reception needs different coverage from a full-day conference with keynote sessions and panel discussions. As a rule of thumb, coverage should start before doors open (empty room, signage, stage set) and run through the last formal moment of the day.
A same-day or next-day highlights selection is standard for press or social media needs, with the full edited set following shortly after.
Documentary-first: capturing real moments as they happen — keynote sessions, panel discussions, audience engagement, and networking moments — rather than stopping the room for posed shots. Formal group photos are worked in around the natural flow of the programme, not the other way round.
