Corporate photography isn’t a one-time purchase — a leadership page with headshots from three roles ago, or event photos from a rebrand that’s since changed, quietly undermines a company’s own website.
A new hire or promotion without a matching headshot, a visible style mismatch on a team page, or simply not remembering the last time a shoot happened, are all practical signs a refresh is overdue.
For most companies, refreshing core headshots every 1–2 years, and after any significant team change, keeps a website and marketing materials looking current without needing a full re-shoot constantly. Event and brand photography is more situational — worth refreshing around major milestones, rebrands, or new venues.
A studio session (available for rental or booked with photography) with a fixed structure — for example, up to 14 people at 3 photos each, or 15+ at 2 photos each — keeps a team refresh quick and predictable rather than an open-ended shoot.
